Happy Thursday! What's on your agenda for working out and eating today?
I am taking today off to give me knee a chance to rest, and then running tomorrow and Saturday. If my leg doesn't hurt after that, then my FI (he's a PT) said I can get back into my training plan -- wahoo!
Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, leftover pasta for lunch and what was supposed to be enchiladas that became enchilada casserole for dinner.
What's your favorite workout and why? I love running -- it gives me a way to destress and think, plus the running community is wonderful.
