Morning ladies!
So, just curious... do you guys still go to the gym when you're sick with a head cold? I've heard that it can make you feel better, but then some say you need to rest to get rid of the cold. I've been sick since Friday and it's killed me to miss the gym for so long. I'm starting to feel a little better, but I don't want to jinx it. I'm still stuffy and coughing w/ a sore throat...
Do you stop working out when you're sick or do you tough it out??
