Hi Girls! Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday so far!  It is rainy and cloudy here again today, I am ready for a little sunshine!

WO - Bootcamp
B - chobani, blueberries and granola
L - salad with veggies, grilled chicken and oil & vinegar dressing, unsalted pretzels
S - 100 cal popcorn
D - either turkey tacos or chicken stir fry - whichever FI feels like cooking :-)

  • Wow Trudy, your RSVP ticker is growing! 48 people are KW bound?! awesome!!

    I am so sick this week :-(  Hopefully one more night of sleep and NYquil should shake it so I don't feel as terrible.

    I had OJ on the way to work
    B- Half of a blueberry muffin and Tea
    L- Homemade chicken soup
    S- cashews and in case I need something salty (which I usually do when I am sick, lol!) onion and garlic potato chips...comfort junk food at its finest.
    D- tbd...if i have any soup left over it will be that.

    no workout planned whatsoever lol!

  • Ugh, hope you feel better! I was sick all last week, and it is the pits. 

    WO: nothing, still super sore, and we have tickets to a concert tonight

    B: cereal
    S: apple
    L: not sure, maybe the rest of our leftover chili
    S: also not sure. Carrots probably
    D: best chicken wings ever on our way to the concert tonight- total splurge!

  • Nicole - get lots of rest and feel better!  I feel like I have been fighting something for weeks now and am scared that it is going to win sooner or later!  Isn't the ticker great - I love getting all of the RSVPs!

  • A little late but it has been a busy day!

    B: Special K cereal
    S: Carrots and peanut butter 
    L: Protein bar
    D: Did a usual skinnytaste recipe, Jalapeno popper chicken 371 calories for 2 stuffed breasts, only had one and some peas.
    Dessert: A drug rep had brought caramel apples yesterday ate half yesterday and the other today. 

    W/O None today doing every other day now.
