Good thing because we are leaving for the weddingmoon in 11 days!

Got FI's ring on Saturday.  I had an old anniversary band (well, it was my former wedding ring) which they let me trade it in at half it's value.  This cut FI's ring cost in half!  I could not have sold it for that much if I did it on my own.  Happy to be rid of the ring and to pay less for FI's ring!  It'll be ready to pick up midweek.

Dress went to the seamstress to be taken in a tad.  It will be ready on the 20th!

I have a pair of shoes picked out at home, but ordered a pair of T-strap emerald green ones.  (Getting married at Emerald Lake so I thought it was fitting).  They arrive tonight and I'll determine which of the two pairs are THE shoes!

Emerald shoes are the ones.  They are so comfy for heels and so secure with the t-strap!

Here are the shoes.  I don't have a photo of them on my feet, as the dress is at the seamstress right now.  They are called Demo by RSVP.  They are 3.5" heel with a 0.5" platform, so that's a good height for me and high enough to not trip on my dress (or else I"d be going with flats!).  I'm going to be walking on trails and getting into a canoe!

I saw this bride's photo and it made me think I should really go with comfort!  They look awfully similar!  I like the whole emerald green shoes at Emerald Lake thing too.
