Happy Monday!! How was everyone's weekend? What are your fitness goals this week?

This morning I ran five miles. Yesterday we had these omlette muffin things for breakfast, hot dog for lunch and dinner was fettucini cacciatore.

    Good Morning!

    I had a very busy weekend and my eating was not all that great.  I did get out for a good run on Saturday morning and it felt great.  I am really hoping to get back into running and this may have been the push to get me in that direction!

    Tonight I have an appointment with my personal trainer, it has been over a year since I have worked out with him (just go too expensive).  So I am going to start back one day a week and then maybe add another day when the wedding is closer!

    Today's Plan:
    B - Greek Yogurt w grape nuts and banana
    L - salad with veggies & tuna, apple
    D - flank steak, sweet potato and a veggie
    S - cheese stick

    WO - session with trainer

    I'm planning to hit they gym tonight unless FI didn't get the house all put back together. Yesterday B~ omlete with cheese mushrooms and turkey lunch meat and toast L~ salad with grilled chicken D~ w w pizza with mushrooms and turkey pepperoni S~ fiber one peanut butter and choco bar
