W(hy)TF did I think today was Thursday?  I have been thinking that all morning until I saw this post!  UGH!

W(hy)TF is the scale not moving down?  FI and I do 5 days of weight training and 6 days of cardio.  The scale went down and then back up.  I know ya'll are going to say that its because I am probably building muscle and it weighs more than fat, but my clothes aren't fitting any differently.  Oh and we eat really healthy too.... I am so frusterated...

Keep at it Cathy!  Sometimes the it just takes a little bit of time to kick in and your body to get going!  But it will, so stick with it!!!

I wish today was Thursday!! WTF is wrong with my dtrs father? Found out yesterday her insurance is terminated since June because he didn't followup on paperwork. This is the 4th time this has happened. I now have to go thru domestics to see what is going to happen. In the meantime, my dtr needs to see a doctor and she can't be involved in cheerleading without insurance. She is a senior and is the captain! I am so pissed at him. I can't even call or txt him for fear of what I threaten in writing or on VM!

Thanks for the encourgement.  It does get really frusterating, but I am definitely going to keep at it.

Jenn - remember that question you asked me about who I would take an ice scrapper too?  Well I have changed my mind it is now you dtr's "father".

Cathy it will show all of a sudden. It took 2 months for my weight loss to actually show. Plus the scale sucks. I weighed myself Friday and then today I was 5 lbs heavier. There is no way!

Cathy- I am right there with you!  Even if I am not trying to lose weight, I don't want to gain any either and I've put on 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks....may not be a lot, but if it keeps going that way it will be...a pound a week times about 25 weeks til the wedding equals a whole lot of me trying to squeeze into a dress that I exchanged for a size smaller!

Jenn- I hear you on not saying anything b/c of not knowing what will come out!  I've avoided talking to certain people b/c I know for a fact nothing nice will be said!  That is just awful though!!!  He is playing around not only w/ his daughter's health, but now she may have to give up certain activities?! Her senior year should be filled w/ awesome memories and that doesn't include being "demoted/benched" as captain b/c of a technicality!!

My WTF is, why does a facial peel have to cost sooo much!  I have issues w/ pimples and won a free facial at a bridal event...love how my skin glows right now and many of the bumps along my jawline have gone away but at $200+ per visit I just don't see how I can do it :-( I'm going to wait for a groupon or maybe see if a dermatologist would do it and take my insurance...

Morning Ladies!!

My WTF is: getting an invite to a wedding less than three weeks before the actual day, when the person has been smearing it on FB for weeks (and planning it for years!!) about how excited they are. Do people not realize that it's insulting it is?

I had hoped so, until she sent me another text saying that she can send me the link to the wedding website to RSVP. They went paperless for their invites. She never asked for my email or address.

The peel was great!  At first you're all splotchy and your bumps are raised, they told me you may even have some bacteria ooze out a bit if it's really bad.  I find it really cleaned my face well...I looked smoother and today is 5 days later, my existing pimples have dried out and I'm still smooth.  She recommended I do at least 5 peels (once every 3 wks to a month)...she also recommended some laser treatment for any dark spots/marks I have.  She quoted me $1500 for 5 peels and 5 laser treatments which sounds reasonable, but I remember going to a dermatologist years ago and only had to pay a $20 copay per visit and he gave me peels/injections at the site of any large pimples.  I was going to have her quote me on just the peels...I read some warnings re the laser treatment and one side affect is you may or may not develop herpes virus around the mouth, serously?!? ummm no thanks!

My WTF is i got quoted my prices for Costa Rica and am very disappointed! If it was just FI and I I would totally do it but i am worried about my guests and considering switching back to the Dominican republic but am so scared about all the negativity I have heard about it from people I know who went.

i feel like i'm always late on these guess its what happens when u live in a random time zone. but here is my WTF am i so sore after surfign it was tons of fun but dam was it a work out its kicking my butt not. on the plus side i cant wait to go again probably this weekend

No WTF for me but I would love to go to a spa and get a facial or peel. no probems with my skin {*knock on wood* )but I heard they are a good way to keep the skin healthy!

WTF!!!!
I'm so upset I'm in tears. I sent all my High School transcripts and proof of conclusion to be translated by ECE so I can apply to Nursing School (I don't need my College transcripts now, too complicated to get records, long story), but I only received a proof that I completed 9th and 10th grades! I obviously finished High School if I went to college! This is causing me so much headache! I spent $185 to have this one piece of paper that is worthless to me! And now I have to call and email them, and argue...I'm so pissed! Why does this have to be so complicated!!! W T F!!!!!!

$185 are you kidding me. I would refuse to pay anymore because they got you the wrong information! Surfing.....oh how I wish I was surfing in Hawaii!
