Happy Wednesday! It’s a gloomy day here in NYC so I hope you have better weather. What are your work-out plans today? Do you find it tougher to work out on bad-weather days, even if you work out indoors?

 

I went for a run in the drizzling rain this morning and did some sprints along the way. Breakfast – cereal; lunch – PB sandwich, apple and animal crackers; dinner – Italian sausage and broccoli calzones.

  • I find it hard to wake up on rainy days, but not to work out :)  I'm going to the gym today for cardio & arms.  Been doing so much better lately, probably because I haven't been spending as much time online as I was previously.  GL today!!
  • It's gloomy and cold here too.  I defenately find it harder to work out when its cold and grey!  I haven't been able to workout for almost two weeks and haven't been eating the greatest so hopefully this weekend I can get my butt back in gear!

  • It's overcast and cold today. But, no rain! Luckily, the weather report through Monday says no rain!!!!

    Instead of going to the gym last night, I went for a walk instead. Going to go to the gym tonight though and do some weights.

    Paleo is still going well.  I got my first headache in the middle of the night last night.  Got up took a couple Advil, went back to bed and it was gone this morning.

    Yesterday's food:
    Breakfast- fried egg with sweet potato, mushrooms and onions sauteed in coconut oil

    Lunch- Salad with lettuce, grated broccoli, hard boiled egg, almond slivers, artichoke hearts, grilled shrimp with garlic, hearts of palm, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

    Snack- mixed raw nuts and figs

    Dinner- Grilled founder with coconut milk and macadamia nuts topped with cucumber, onions, parsley and avocado wrapped up in lettuce leaves. Broccolinni roasted on the side.
  • It's pouring here and turning to snow later....yipee...NOT ! Yesterday I skipped the gym and today I will prob too. I know this sounds dumb but I accidently ripped my whole toe nail off my baby toe and it hurts so bad. Rubbing on shoes isn't helping either. If it starts to feel better later I will go to the gym but if not I will do some working out at home. Breakfast~ 1 cookie that I was forced into eating Lunch~ lean cuisine chicken club panini - didn't like it so I had a gronola bar aft to Get rid of the yuck taste in my mouth. Dinner~ my dtr was home so I had to cook something. I haven't been to the store cause I was in Philly last week so it was slim lickings. I made homemade Mac n cheese but with less cheese that was made from skim milk.

  • Jenn- Rubbing on shoes sounds pretty bad, too! Is that one of the tricks you do leading up to getting laid?

  • You have no idea what this phone is doing to me! Today it's sending pple texts that I sent them yesterday. Not sure what's going on but it made me a whore and now I don't like it!
