Happy Wednesday! It’s a gloomy day here in NYC so I hope you have better weather. What are your work-out plans today? Do you find it tougher to work out on bad-weather days, even if you work out indoors?
I went for a run in the drizzling rain this morning and did some sprints along the way. Breakfast – cereal; lunch – PB sandwich, apple and animal crackers; dinner – Italian sausage and broccoli calzones.
