Aloha, Ladies! How was everyone's weekend? How were all of the moms' Mother's Day. Anyone get any wedding checks completed?

I'm so tired right now! We worked hard on the yard this weekend. It's almost done! We should be done at the end of next weekend. YAY!

I'm getting ready to go to Ohio tomorrow. Blah! I'll be back on Friday. Who's going to meet me there and save me from my boredom?

I'm home today.  I was supposed to be at the dentist but had to cancel cos I toasted my calf last night at cheer practice.  The first practice back for spring training and I'm out within the first 30 minutes.  We were doing warm up, cartwheels and round-offs.  My first roundoff of the night and I felt my calf muscle pop on landing.  It was a fricking round-off!!  I can't really walk, it's more of a shuffle cos I can't flex my left foot.  Teaching PE is gonna suck for the rest of this week!!

Today I'm just working. The guys from work are talking about happy hour afterwards, but I think I may skip it since we are so close to the wedding and need to be saving every penny. And I need to work out tonight.

My step-mom has been hassling me this morning. She is so upset that we spend 'more' time with my FI's family than we do with them. His parents are a 30 minute drive while mine are 2 hours away. I tried to tell her that when we come see them we spend the whole weekend while with his it's just for a meal. She is acting like a little kid! I swear it's ridiculous!

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow! It's my birthday and we are going to the Spurs Clippers game. Possibly sushi beforehand. Should be fun!

Kimmy, how is it already Monday?! Ohio doesn't sound fun haha sorry I won't be meeting you there. My mom told me that my dad is for sure not coming to the wedding this weekend, which he had already said, but I started listening to everyone else who were like you know he's going to come, how can he miss it, etc. so I feel like I have to get back into the mindset that he won't be there after being hopeful that he will be... My toe (read accountability) is starting to feel better so fingers crossed I can get a run in... although I cleaned the bathroom before work since I had extra time but not enough to go back to bed, haha.
