I am SO sorry that I wasn’t able to post the Accountability thread yesterday… I was locked out of TK like a lot of girls, but thanks to Britt, I found a back way in. I emailed customer service too so hopefully they can fix the issue!
Anyways, recap of the last two days… any workouts? Anyone doing the 30-day challenge? How is it going?
I went for an eight mile run this morning and threw some stairs into the mix, and then when I came back, decided to help FI out and take the laundry to the place that we take it to (which is uphill for two avenues!)… so needless to say, my legs are tired!
Breakfast – cereal
Lunch – leftovers from last night (chicken and biscuits)
Dinner – steak, mashed potatoes and carrots
