Happy Tuesday! What’s on your docket today for working out and eating?
This morning I overslept so just did a 5 mile run. I seriously need to catch up on some sleep! Yesterday I had a fried egg and toast for breakfast, leftover steak, roasted potatoes and corn for lunch, snacked on some chips and salsa and for dinner I made sweet and sour chicken over rice. A good eating day for sure!
