Hi ladies! Happy Thursday! I can't believe that this week is almost over, it went by kinda fast! What's on the docket today for working out?
I did a run in the park this morning -- it was so nice out! Mid-40s, perfect for running. Yesterday I ate a lot healthier than the day before
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - leftover meatloaf cup, mashed potatoes and corn
Dinner - Chili and cornbread
