Hi ladies! Happy Thursday! I can't believe that this week is almost over, it went by kinda fast! What's on the docket today for working out? 

I did a run in the park this morning -- it was so nice out! Mid-40s, perfect for running. Yesterday I ate a lot healthier than the day before :)

Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - leftover meatloaf cup, mashed potatoes and corn
Dinner - Chili and cornbread

  • OMG Mid 40's are you serious?!  I cringe at the thought of taking my dog out when it's that cold haha!  Good for you!!

    I went to Pilates Reformer this morning... didn't do any cardio after though.

    Yesterday's menu was:
    Breakfast - Oatmeal
    Lunch - Gyro Shredder Bowl from a local diner that I only ate about 1/2 of b/c they used gyro meat instead of chicken like I asked for... waahhh!
    Snack - wheat cous-cous w/ grape tomatos (leftover from the night before!)
    Snack - apple
    Dinner - white chicken chili from cheesecake factory - friggin' DELISH!!  Highly recommend!

    Today's off to a good start - had some egg whites w/ lf cheese and one turkey sausage link for breakfast.

  • Ugh! No gym for me yest, FI wanted to go for wings, but I did do my daily walk during work breaks and lunch. 60 min total! Breakfast~w w English muffin Lunch~lean cusine pizza Dinner~ although we went for wings, I opted for the wing bites. Chunks of chicken in wing sauce! Definately better than the deep fried wings, but I did have one deep fried periogie and 2 mozz sticks.
