TGIF!!! What's on the agenda for working out/eating today? Today is a rest day which meant I got to sleep in!! Wahoo!! My eating was super naughty yesterday, we went out last night and had some bar food (FI and I split some quesadillas and fajitas, so not too bad!)... back on track today!

    Today is the usual for us.  Yesterday wasn't bad but we didn't eat anything until about 4pm since we spent most of the day in Urgent Care.  I guess it was a good this though since if FI had eaten, he wouldn't have been able to have the sonogram.  Hopefully we can be good this weekend.

  • Last night I did some Zumba and made Parmesan Tilapia with some roasted red potatoes and salad.  Tonight will be pizza night but even that's not usually too bad since I eat one piece and have a healthier snack later on. 

    I'm thinking (big maybe) I'll brave the cold and go for a run.  I haven't ran at our new place yet so I want to go explore a little but I seriously hate running in the cold.  Plus I'm not sure if our road will be plowed haha.  I need to remember my cross country skis from my parents house this weekend so I can work out more often.

  • I love Mexican also! Well I was gonna go to the gym but I actually slept in!!! Thank god cause I didn't get any sleep all week! I've got some house cleaning to do so that will count as some exercise. I'll prob do sit ups today as well. Yesterday I walked for 45 minutes during work and I went to then gym and did 45 min on the cross ramp. I did 100 reps on my arms and abs! breakfast~ honey nut cheerios and a banana Lunch~ weight watcher baked ziti.....terrible, only had 10 noodles, no joke. I was starving so I found a mini bag of honey gramhs in my desk so I ate them. Dinner~ I made turkey chili w beans over rice. It was so good I'm making it again but using this healthy veggie chili I found un the store today.

  • I did a really long strength work-out at he gym yesterday and today I am stiff! Still doing Paleo.

    I went to spin class at 5:45 and ran 2 miles when I got home from work.

    It is day 5 of my cleanse ...
