I'm planning my destination wedding in South Africa for november.
We are also having a really small deal here in the USA.
But our real wedding emotionally will be there.
He wants the beach or a vinyard. I want whatever keeps me far away from the great white sharks..LOL

My fiance is from there. He has family in Jo-burg and cape town.
He came to the states after the end of apartid (sp). We met in middle school and found eachother again about 1.5 years ago.
Th USA wedding is for my family and our friends. The South african for his extended family. We will move there when my daughter is 18 (she's 11 now)
So super excited!!
Doesn't matter where we are getting married I'm sure we will have tons to relate to eachother.

That is so neat!  I went to High School with a girl who studied abroad in Cape Town and seeing pictures on facebook from her semester there last year, it looked absolutely beautiful!!!

Welcome and Congrats!!!!!  That's so very exciting.  South Africa is such a beautiful country.  My cousin has just gotten back from working there for about 4mo.  She loved every moment and her pictures are amazing.  I'm also getting married in November, so it will be great to see all of your planning over the next 6mo.

Wow! SA sounds amaze! It reminds me of the Bachelor when they got to go there. I looked up the resorts and everything because it was so beautiful!
