Today was a no gym day, but I'm still doing little things around the office to keep moving (my coworkers probably think I'm crazy, but I don't mind!). Muessli for breakfast and had a tuna salad sandwich with celery on rye. Granola bars.. lots of water.. the usual lunch. Had a very sorry excuse for a "dinner" last night, as we're still on a mission to just clean out the darn fridge.
Nothing too exciting to report, although I will say, getting back into a routine is really starting to produce some visible results. I'm looking better, feeling better, and it's great!
