Good morning, ladies!  I hope everyone had a happy, healthy weekend.  I'll be taking over these posts this week while the lovely Brea is on vacation.

I was on a bit of a work-out hiatus due to life craziness, but now that I'm getting back into a routine, I'm already feeling so much better!  Been getting to the gym at least every other day for around 45-minutes the last couple of weeks.  Yesterday was the same.  The incline intervals Brea recommended are seriously kicking my butt!  I missed my morning work-out today, but I'm really hoping to make it later this afternoon.  I'm leaving again this coming weekend, so I want to make sure I get in as much as I can before then.

Managed to stay healthy over the weekend as well.  Not a bit of chocolate, I'm proud to report!  Nothing super exciting food-wise, but we did get some cherries from the market on Friday that are delicious!  Probably the best cherries I've ever had, so I've been using those for my sweet fix.  Tuna noodle with peas and celery for dinner, yum!  My weekend indulgence was port-wine cheese and wheat crackers, one of my favorites.
