What's everyone up to on this beautiful Sunday morning? FI and I are being UBER lazy at my mother's house this morning. This afternoon I'm going with my brother's gf and my neice to the indoor playground she loves for some girl time while my brother , my mother's bf and FI hang out lol

I'm hungover on the couch right now. I may have over done it last night...oops! I had a great time with FIs friends! Tonight my dad is having a birthday party for my grandfather, he turns 93 or 94. My whole family will be in except my Aunt from VA because they are getting snow this weekend. It will be nice to see everyone.

We aren't doing much of anything today. I really want to work on organizing some areas that are much needed, have to go to the grocery store... we just went on a mini cleaning rampage too.  

Also going to make a mock up of the invites and order some starfish/seashells for invites... and I'm going to attempt to make my own shell bouquets since the prices have skyrocketed on Etsy.

My mother's bf's birthday is today, so we're BBQing (yes in the snow, they live 6 hours further north than me). We brought him a case of his fav beer and a gift. I am going to be grabbing a cake with my brother's gf while we're out later today.

They are BBQing Chicken for me, and steak for all the others (I don't eat red meat). Should be great

FI has been on call outs since 6am and won't be back until later today, so I'm going to clean my bathroom......ugh.  Might go to the gym and I'll be working on putting together the playlists.  I'm also going to work on the biggest rant/b!tch fest post to date.

Oh, and the people on my local board kill me.  There's a post by someone with only 1 post and it's raving about a local vendor and their "secret spot" for pictures with a link to the vendors site.  Obviously this is the vendor!  Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.  Someone posts after me totally agreeing with the OP.  It just blows my mind how people can't figure it out.  But oh well, I don't post on my local board any way, it's dead as a doornail.

Not sure why this grinds my gears, but it does.

Morning everyone. Today is a lazy day for us also. I emptied the dish washer and refilled in and it is now running. I also have banana muffins in the oven. Yummy! The only other thing that we have planned is to go over to a friends for a little get together but that's not until later.

Good morning ladies!  I am still relaxig in bed, but I need to get up and start working on homework, cleaning and laundry.  FI and I also need to go grocery shopping so it is a day full of home chores for me.  Have a greaat day ladies!

Britt- Uber lazy sounds awesome! I have big plans for that after the wedding!

Lindsay- I CAN"T WAIT TO READ THAT POST!!! Make sure to copy it before you post just incase TK gets hungry. 

We major cleaned the house yesterday. Loved waking up to it being so clean today. I even went through all of the wedding stuff and got it reorganized. As well as got out all of the wedding projects I will be working on tomorrow. 

As soon as I'm done with this post, I'm going to finish the blog for the Tears of Joy packets I did. Keep an eye out for those of you who wanted to know what I did. I'll make sure to post a link to it, too. 

Then I am going to get to work on the tiki bar. Hope to make lots of progress on that. We are going to be having an afterparty at our house after my first bridal shower next month and are trying to get as much of the bar done as possible before than.

I made FI french toast in bed (my good deed for the day, haha).  Now I'm off to my parents to hang out.  Hopefully I'll get some homework done and then maybe some wedding stuff.  I need to get going on all the little stuff!

Still in bed, as last night was a late one.  Not hungover at least (sorry Jenn!!)  FI is out getting breakfast adn then we need to clean up from last night's little party.  I also have to sort through shower gifts and start Thanks you's.  Yesterday was a totally kick ass day, and I have to say, my friends are amazing.  Hope you ladies have a great rest of your weekend too!!

Good Morning everyone!  So I was just sick not too long ago w/ strep and FI was sick (different bug though...congestion and cough) last week... and I told him I didn't want to get sick again so I was trying to keep some distance..well he was being a big baby about it and always trying to kiss me (more than usual lol) WELL guess who woke up sick this morning!  ME! UGH I'm super annoyed....  I can't afford to be sick again. so I'm trying hard to not let it stop me.

Today I have to go to do groceries and get things for the house, then I have some wedding projects to work on and I need to squeeze in a workout. 

Here is to hoping to get it all done!

Britt - enjoy you day.. sounds fun and relaxing

Jenn - hopefully your hangover passes quickly and you have a good time at the bday party

We slept in, I was suppose to go to the movies with my 15 sister at 12:30 however, she had homework and we missed the movie. I have hand dancing lessons in about an hour and a half. FI had knee surgery several years ago but today he's in pain so he wont be there with me. 

Going to get the nail polish and labels for to put in my birdesmaid gifts. And maybe work on a bouquet.

Kimmy - picture are on my Mom's camera.  Will get them tonight.  Mine devours batteries for snacks!!

Jenn - A few things of the registry, mostly kitchen/house stuff.  But my MOH organized a surprise "things you will need for the wedding" underwear bag that was full of new undies!!  Very happy about that.  And my cousin made "Panty pops" (cake pops, shaped like bums with thongs on them).  They were super tasty.  

We're getting married at the Outrigger Reef.  Are you going right on the beach??

I love the undie bag. How cute! Did everyone buy a pair to put in or was it something that just your MOH did? The panty pop is a neat idea! I'm planning my sisters shower and I'm having a hard time thinking of unique games to play. Did you do anything fun?? Ya, we are going right on the beach in front of the Hale Koa, which is where we are staying. I'm trying to find a place that will do an intimate dinner on the beach for us. So far no luck. The Hale Koa said since the state owns the beach they don't know of any restaurants that do this. I've emailed a bunch of places to find out.

   Good luck with dinner.  I have no ideas for you.  As for underwear, everyone bought me a pair.  Some were much more interesting than others.  

   Games, nothing terribly unique.  We did the draw her dress, and I got to choose the winner on any criteria I wanted.  We then did a "how good of a spouse are you" questionaire for both us (the wives/GF's/FI's) and then for our men.  It was from the 1930's.  Needless to say I got a -3.  Fi scored a 24 cos we treats me well, "even when we're alone!!"    

   Then at the stagette, my MOH had videoed FI with her Iphone and asked him questions.  I had to answer what I thought he said.  Kind of like the newlywed game.  Had to do a jello shot for everyone "he" got wrong.    But that was about it games wise.  There should be a lot to find on google I would think

I've been searching. I guess I'm really trying to find some beachy themed games and there isn't much out there and I have no ideas for my own. Sound like you had a great time!!
