Okay so I have been going to the gym for about a year. I am down about 40 lbs. Yay! But I realized the past few weeks that after I do my weight training I get super lazy with my cardio. So, as of yesterday I started going to do 30-45 minutes of weights in the morning and 30-45 minutes of cardio in the late afternoon. I think this will really help me.
Also taking out all starchy carbs. Only lots of fruits, veggies and protein for the next 2 weeks.
