As some of you may know, I am in college. Well, since high school, I've packed on some weight. ;( And I am currently working on losing 50 lbs. I have no deadline really, at least not one that's very soon. I just know I want to be thin and HOPEFULLY a size 4 by the time I get married. Which is at least 2 years away. Well anyway. So I started the new Weight Watchers program back in June. After a whole month, all I lost was literally ONE pound. Very discouraging. WELL, last week I decided to just give WW up and watch what I eat and try to walk 30 minutes to an hour several times a week. And omg I weighed this morning, and I have lost 6.2 lbs WITHOUT having to starve myself or anything outrageous. It's an amazing feeling and is so encouraging! I can't wait to lose more and be even happier! Haha. Just thought I'd share!
