Happy Wednesday! What's on your workout agenda today? How is your eating going this week?
I did a nice run in the park this morning. Last night we went out for drinks and had nachos and chicken wings -- probably not the healthiest meal!! Eek!! I'll make up for it today though.
Yesterday
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - burger and fries (again, not the best idea!!)
Dinner - nachos, fries and chicken wings
(That day of food makes me sound like a 40 yr old single dude -- lol!)
