Happy Wednesday! What's on your workout agenda today? How is your eating going this week?

I did a nice run in the park this morning. Last night we went out for drinks and had nachos and chicken wings -- probably not the healthiest meal!! Eek!! I'll make up for it today though. :)

Yesterday
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - burger and fries (again, not the best idea!!)
Dinner - nachos, fries and chicken wings

(That day of food makes me sound like a 40 yr old single dude -- lol!)

  • Haha Lora it so does!! I walked yesterday for an hour. Didn't make it to the gym cause I wanted to get my Christmas cards done for everyone! Breakfast~ whole wheat English muffin Lunch~ lean cusine pizza Dinner~ cheese burger

  • I will start chiming in on these again now that I can get on TK more often! :)

    I had a great start to the day and went to the gym this morning around 7 w/ FI.  He met his buddy there and I just did my own thing.  3 Cardio machines (Only about 15 min on each - I get very bored lol!) then abs.  Nothing too crazy, but it's amazing how much better your days seems when it starts at the gym!!

    Yesterday I just snacked all day and ate a Turkey burger and wheat cous-cous w/ grape tomatoes and feta cheese for dinner.  Today I had oatmeal for breakfast, and packed a Turkey burger patty and left over cous-cous for lunch, and an apple and snack cliff bar for snacks... but I think I have to take a Realtor out to lunch now.  I'll probably just have a salad or something!

  • If I had the time to go to the gym in the morning I would go every day! You guys are lucky! I have to leave my house at 6 for work then work 10 hours which is why I always tend to have some other stuff to do. By the time I get home its 5:30, I make dinner, eat, and am so exhausted! I love how I feel aft going thou..I just need a push! Tonight is a definite cause FI worked overnite and overnite tonight so he will need to sleep after dinner so I might as well go!

  • PALEO ROCKS! I've lost another pound! I don't have any cravings and passed the chocolate bowl at the training I was at today without giving it a second look. I'm am beyond happy with the progress I'm making!

    My neck is still bugging me a bit.  Not sure if I will go to the gym or not with how it's feeling.  If I do, I think I will swim and hot tub.

    Keep up the good work, ladies! We can do this!

    Jenn- Even just doing a speed walk a couple times around the office can help.

    Emily- Glad to have you back!

    Lora- You rock at the running.
  • I do an hour walk at work. I have two 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch. I walk every day rain, snow, sun, and bitter cold temps around the cemetery. I guess since I've been doing this for do long I always forget to count it.
