Ii can't believe that I have 3 more Fridays till I get married. OMG!!! This is our weekly post where we talk about our favorite things both WR and NWR from the past week. I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!!

WR~ I decided to buy a Navy garter just for back in our room on our wedding night. I think FI will like it. It hasn't come yet but I will post a pic when it does. I also finally talked to my florist to touch base. He is going to look for a mini silk rose to stick in my bouquet, you all know the reasons behind it. He asked if he can use the one I have, but I don't want FI to know about it until our wedding and there is no way I can get it to the florist w o him knowing. NWR~ we've worked so much on this house this last week, it wasn't even planned, and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. We still need to do more painting outside and my XBIL is coming to measure our steps for carpet (this will be awkward). Also, the guy should come sometime next week to look at refinishing our floors. I'm so excited to get everything done. I hope it's all done before my big reveal at our Mothers Day BBQ!!!

WR - Found the perfect cufflinks for my MOH and ordered them, Finished making the altar decorations, The RD invitations arrived, FI and I reached an agreement on the headtable/sweetheart table debate... things are coming together

NWR - Tomorrow I am going to an awesome ritzy gala for Ovarian Cancer Canada. Bought a new dress for it, and it starts with a champagne toast Told my friends I want to celebrate my bday there this year instead of going out anywhere, and I know atleast a couple friends will be there with me (its an $80 ticket so not expecting a lot)

Jenn – I can’t believe only three more Fridays!!!  So exciting!!

 

WR ~ We emailed the lady who makes the custom cake toppers. Her Etsy store has gotten extremely popular so they closed it for a few weeks and now just reopened. She said that it takes about a week to hear back from her, and 3-6 months to make it. I hope we got our email in early enough for her to do ours.

 

Also making progress on the wedding invites. I was working on them before work this morning and so sad when I had to leave… just a lot of tedious stuff left.

 

NWR ~ Finished the Boston Marathon and didn’t die in the heat. My running blog is getting really popular which I love, although it’s taking more time to keep up with!

WR - I found my wedding Uggs!!  I am so happy for that!!

NWR - I found 3 other pairs of Uggs for my birthday and a really cute dress.

WR - 11 days until the wedding (6 until we leave)! everything is done I thnk, we hav some running around to do when we get there (go into playa del carmen to find maracas and the walmart there for vases for centerpieces). i have all my nail, hair, waxing, massage appoinments next week booked and pick up my dress the day before we leave (wednesday). I think everything is coming together! what a relief!

NWR - we are enterng our final rest week of p90x, never thought id make it this far. I highly reccomend it to people, it kicked our butts, but we are planning on sticking with it! it was a ton of fun! Fiance lost over 40 lbs and i lost 13 but quite a few inches (in the bum especailly) my arms look better (not perfect but that okay) and my stomach is way better! glad my friend suggested this work out!

cathy - i LOVE uggs! so comfy, but i havent had sandal uggs yet maybe ill try them!

Jen - honestly wow to working on your house when your wedding is so close! I'd love to do hardwood! maybe next year after we are done spending money on the wedding!

Lora - many congrats to you on the boston marathon!!! simply AMAZING!! I wish i could run but I'm an eliptical kinda girl because of my knee - I wrecked it in higschool and impact running drives it nuts!

Britt - have fun at the Gala! sounds amazing!

OMG Jenn you are so close! 

WR:  I haven't done much this week since I have been swamped with work, school and moving lol.  I would say my favorite would be getting copies of FI and my passports and birth certificates notorized so that I can get them mailed to the resort on Monday to apply for our marriage licence

NWR:  hummm this is a hard one too because the week has been so busy and crummy.... I would say my favorite thing was getting a skirt that I ordered!  It is so cute and is bright pink! Totally perfect!

WR- Booking the amazing awesome place in Hana to stay for 3 nights.

NWR- Like always, it's FRIDAY!!!!

Jenn, only 3 weeks - wow!!
Maddie - you are SO close!

WR - We registerd just 2 weeks ago and I went online to add a few things to the registry and there were already a few things purchased!  WOW - I was not expecting to see that!!!  Also found a great place to look at for the AHR - we have an appointment to check it out next Tuesday!  (I hope we like it and it is that easy :-)

NWR - In general, Life is just really good..nothing to complain about! Oh yea and the weather is great outside!!!

3 weeks!! Wow!!

WR---nothing really! Pretty uneventful. It is nice to see my "countdown" number on the knot homepage start with a "1" vs. a "2"! 199 days!

NRW-Found out a job I really want might be opening at work soon...fingers crossed!

WR- I've reconnected with my Beach Bum Missy and will be sending a friendly reminder to my invited guests that they need to get moving and contact her!

NWR- It's 4pm on Friday and my boss just left...this means I get to put my sneakers on and leave at 5pm on the dot!! wooohoooo!!!
