So I'm finally over my summer cold which was stressing me...and now the last two days I'm having major back spasms. I've been having them off and on for the last year or so and the doc has never been concerned. But they're super painful this time and not going away like normal!
I have a doc appt tomorrow but please send me some vibes! I def am worried about traveling this weekend if these don't stop.
