Happy Thursday!! What's on your docket for eating/working out today?

I did a five mile run this morning -- wanted to do 8, but figured I better play it safe since my leg just got better. I also did an arm workout and did 2 sets of 20 push ups -- the most I've ever done!

Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, leftover enchilada caserole for lunch and made this dish (<-- clicky) for dinner that was SO good and pretty easy.

    Yesterday I did vinyasa yoga (my favorite), it felt so good, but it was not easy!
    We went to a coffee shop/pub for Trivia last night and I had to eat there soI had a fruit and cheese plate, very yummy!
    I'm not going to the gym today, my body needs a rest!

    Morning! I went to the gym last night and did 3 miles on the crossramp. I also did 100 reps on the ab machine. Tonight I'm gonna skip the gym and try out my 6 pack ab DVD I got! Breakfast~ w w eng muffin and a hard boiled egg, bloody Mary Lunch~ salad chicken and all other normal stuff I eat Snack~ blackberries Dinner~3 small pork chops, kale and broccoli Snack~ 1 cup of popcorn

    Made it to my Body Pump class last night and upped my weights a bit on some of the body parts, so am a little sore today.

    B - Fruit Smoothie
    L - PB on Englich Muffin and Baby Carrots
    D - Not sure yet
    S - apple and 10 pretzel nuggets

    WO - Rest Day.  I have my hair appointment this afternoon - cut,color and highlights!!! So no no gym after work today.

  • yesterday was a rest day for me.. Today will be my first day of the Insanity program... can't wait! 

    I had my shake for breakfast.  I have some tuna on a flax seed and blue corn tortilla and an apple on the side for lunch.  Some greek yogurt for a snack and I'm thinking of making tilapia with brocolli and brown rice for dinner..
