Happy Thursday!! What's on your docket for eating/working out today?
I did a five mile run this morning -- wanted to do 8, but figured I better play it safe since my leg just got better. I also did an arm workout and did 2 sets of 20 push ups -- the most I've ever done!
Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, leftover enchilada caserole for lunch and made
this dish (<-- clicky) for dinner that was SO good and pretty easy.
