Happy Wednesday! What's on the agenda for working out/eating today?
I did a short three mile run this morning and my knee tightened up towards the end, but much better than before. Followed up with my strengthening exercises. Getting there!!
Yesterday, I had a salad for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch with POP chips and chicken nuggets and fries for dinner with a Mountain Dew.
What food is your biggest downfall? I have such a hard time with soda, but getting better. I've taught myself (for some reason) that I'll "reward" myself with it after a hard day. Ugh.
