I had to cancel an Etsy order b/c, long story short, the seller ignored my question upon purchase... anyways, just wondering if anyone else has done this because she's telling me that I will get a refund now that she canceled the transaction but I read online that she needs to cancel it through PayPal. She canceled it on Thursday and no refund yet. PayPal generally works pretty fast so surprised they haven't issued a refund. Anyone have any experience with this?
