TGIF!! Anyone else super excited that it's Friday?!

My legs are almost back to normal so I think I'll go for a run tomorrow -- woo! Yesterday I had a fried egg and toast for breakfast, salad for lunch with a strawberry milkshake and dinner was steak, mashed potatoes and corn. 

What are your goals for this weekend?

    Ummm strawberry milkshake sounds good! Well today I hit my mini goal, but I seem to fluctuate 1-2 lbs so I kinda feel like I really didn't. When I'm 2 lbs less than that then I will feel like I really reached my goal. I can't go any lower than that goal or my dress will never fit. Once I'm back from Hawaii I can work on my main goal for my sisters wedding! I walked for an hour yesterday but I noticed my effing toe was getting sore so I skipped the gym. I'm going soon though to make up for it. I wasn't able to do that race/walk that was 2 days aft my birthday because of my toe and the next one is tomorrow and I didn't sign up for that one either. I'd rather it be completely healed for Hawaii. B~ 1/2 w w bagel thin and a pickled egg. Also tomato juice S~cutie L~ salad w ham S~ string cheese D~ 2 pieces of Kashi pizza. I added turkey pepperoni to it S~ fiber one bar

  • Ahhh...Friday!  This week has seemed like forever!

    We ended up going out for sushi last night, but kept it pretty healthy!  It was so good, I love some good sushi!

    Have lots of yard/house work planned for this weekend, lets hope the weather cooperates!

    Today's Plan:
    B - ww smoothie with fresh fruit
    L - salad with tuna and hard boiled egg
    D - egg white omelete and toast
    S - string cheese, rice cake with 1tsp natural pb

  • I fluctuate like crazy!  I have been trying to only get on the scale 2x a week.  I usually weigh myself midweek and then at my WW meetings on Saturday morning..

    I added a weight loss ticker...for a little motivation :-)

    What is it with everyone fluctuating, I can't stand it lol. I'm happy where I'm at though, even if I don't loose anymore in the next 3 weeks. Since Jan 1 I lost 15lbs and it's right where I wanted to be on my wedding day so, now I need to maintain and keep the scale where it is at. I know all the ladies on the board will reach their goal, we all seem very motivated..... Something big must be happening ; )
