ok ladies.. Earlier I wrote a to do list of whats left for the wedding in hopes to get myself on track and organized, I posted it below but im sure im missing things!
Please help me think of what else there could be left to do... ill let you know if i took care of it already.
TO DO:
*Seal "oops" and "oooh" bags (items for the oot bags)
*Make programs
*Finish welcome letter
*Create door hangers
*Order Mrs. hanger
*Purchase tumbler cups for BM's (decorate perhaps?)
*Finalize floral list and email them
*Send last minute detail sheet to Iberostar
*Wrap fans
*Order chair sashes
*Print photo pages of must haves and set up ideas for binder
*Apply for marriage license
*Paint empty patron bottle (where using this for our "guest book" as we first started talking over shots of cafe patron)
*Print inserts/escort card insert for luggage tags
*Email guests about food choices and excursion
*Disposable camera for guest book table (will have a second bottle of patron "take a shot, then take your shot/picture)
*Purchase sand ceremony kit?
*Make cd for ceremony
*Find tub for paint brushes (wipe their feet from the sand after the ceremony/then to use to hold ice and keep the patron cold during the dinner)
*Pick up paint brushes
*Make sign for paint brush basket
*Paint "thank you" and "just married" on parasols
Think i have enough left...
