I used to know his number, but we broke up for about 4 months a few years back, and there may be someone in there I don't know of. I don't think he knows mine, I wouldn't care if he did he just has never asked. We had a pretty open relationship when we were first dating, so I'm sure he is aware for the most part.

No....  We both know that I have had a more active past then he has.  We didn't feel the need to share any type of numbers.  We do have open and honest communication if either of us has a question about our past history but that's about it.

I am on the same page as Jen. FI and I haven't disclosed our numbers, because neither of us felt it was important to know. We looked at our relationship as a new beginning, leaving all the past relationships behind us, long with the details of numerbs etc.
