Joseph Ambler Inn

i was wondering if people have had experience at the Joseph ambler inn for weddings? What did you like or didn't like? We're getting married there. Other than the chairs (which I really don't like), it looks like a nice place. I guess I was looking for any suggestions on what could be done better there.

Honestly. It's gorgeous and the guests don't notice the chairs. I was a BM in my FSILs wedding there in Aug '08. The people there are fabulous, the DOC there is amazing and well organized, the food is great, and if you are having your ceremony there it's really lovely.

My only downside is that if you are having any more than 100 people, the reception space was a little tight. I know they have other areas, and I can't speak for those, but how you set up your tables might make a small difference. As the bride I doubt you'll even notice that, and I didn't hear any of the guests at FSIL's wedding complain about being cramped.

I have no personal experience there, but it was one of the places I ::wished:: we could use for our wedding. We actually didn't even look into it much, though, because it was out of our budget... It does seem like a beautiful place though! I am sure there was someone on this board that got married there...???

liljenny was married there in June, and  cfblechman and  aeblescia are having their ceremony and receptions at the Joseph Ambler in.

I was at a wedding there a few years ago.
I thought it was nice...the food was awesome!

I know someone getting married there in June. If we had a smaller guest list, we would have considered it too. I've only heard good things.
