Wedding Band

What did you guys have engraved on FI's wedding band ? I want to do something sentimental and am looking for some ideas He had originally went with a tungsten ring but decided to switch it for palladium so I can get the hand-written engraving which I am happy about

I plan to get "To my Hun with love KLM"....My pet name for him and my soon-to-be married initials. I recently got him an iPod with the same engravings and he loved it; the fact I had I used his last name as part of my initials.

I am not sure either since we have gold rings.  I am afraid that it will just wear off eventually.

@Cathy - I actually have a gold ring that has engraving and it's still there... It's about 15 years old..   but I also think it might have something to do with the natural oils in your skin and stuff like that.

FI is getting a tungsten ring so no engraving... but I would have LOVED to get something engraved... and of course I'm no help since I have no idea what I would have gotten...lol

It depends on the ring he gets, but I joked around once saying I was going to get, "If you can read this....we have a problem!" He thought it was pretty funny in an Oh $#!* kind of way,

I've been thinking about this for a while too. I asked FI what he wanted on then and he said just our wedding date. I was think of adding "our song" name to it but that is "follow through". Not sure if that would sound right on a wedding band. Our other song we liked from the begining our our relationship was "first time" but since it's not our first wedding that doesn't go either lol My previous wedding theme was "today tomorrow and always" which was nice but I would never use that so any of you ladies can steal it lol My sister tattooed " live laugh love" on her foot and I like that saying but I won't steal it from her.

My dad's ring just has Forever engraved inside of it.

We aren't doing engraving. But, if we did, I would have Drew's ring engraved with Never Gonna Give You Up.

We aren't doing engraving either. Mine are too small and his is Tungsten. If we had then it would either say the date for an easy reminder for him, or forever. Nicole's post reminded me of one of my month board girls. She had her FI's say 'Put me back on'.
