Figured I put this up for today :)

B: oatmeal with soy milk and almonds (FI and I decided to set out alarm for 20 min earlier as part of our make it to work on time resolution- which means I also have time to eat breakfast now)
L: leftover homemade potato soup- found an amazing recipe that's delicious, but made with zero heavy cream, and only a few tablespoons of butter
S: apple
D: TBD, probably cauliflower risotto and spinach salad

WO: going to ride my bike tonight

  • Yay - Thanks! Work has been busy today, I was just getting over here to post this.

    B - coffee / skim milk
    L - baked fish, salad, fat free butterscotch pudding
    D - leftover turkey tacos

  • I'll probably only end up with dinner tonight...  I know that is horrible but dinner is TBD

  • Happy Monday ladies! B: Apple S: Yogurt and granola- I know these are backwards but didn't have time for the other way around. L: Protein shake/special k pretzel bar S: Carrots if I need them! D: Probably a frozen meal. They r soo easy and I found these family size ones thqt are abouy 900 calories for the whole bag which feeds me, FI and gives him some to take to work. Sure is hard to find time working 10 hour days to work, cook nd work out Wo: Nt sure which video ill do tonight ima draw a random one :)
