i was leaving the gym and I saw a sign for a 5K the day before my birthday. I'm thinking of doing it to prove I'm still in shape since I will be turning 35 the next day. Only prob is, I don't run, but I can walk it. I don't run because of my exercise induced asthma. Maybe I can run some and then walk when I'm out of breath! I'm not sure what to do or expect.
