Here is the Friday workout I set out to my trainees this morning, just thought I would share
Warm up -5-10 mins of cardio of your choice
Workout - Core day!:
Full Sit Up x100
Bicycle x100 each side
Lower Ab Extensions x50
Front Crunch x50
Oblique Crunch x50 each side
V-Sit Hold: 1min 30 secs
Front Plank Hold: 2 mins
Side Plank Hold: 1min 30 secs
Remember to stretch, and breath!
