'afternoon, all!  How is everyone?

Last night for me was less than stellar.  Frozen pizza and french fries for dinner, not exactly the paragon of health...

But today is a new day, and off to a great start!  Had a great morning workout, felt awesome after all was said and done, and already have a number of push-ups and lunges under my belt around the office.  Cheerio breakfast (the box is FINALLY gone, time for something new!), and for lunch, almond butter sandwich, cherries, and Kashi granola.  No idea what dinner has in store tonight, we're being careful about not buying/preparing a ton of food before we're off next week.  We'll see, FI gets pretty creative with leftovers.
