YAY I actually have some checks....

Photographer - and might I tell you, I got a kick-ass deal! They are from MO and love to vaca in Key West and recently decided to live there for 6 months out of the year just to shoot weddings. So, they're offering 2012 brides HALF OFF just to get their name out there - 2 photogs unlimited time, rights to all the pics, etc for just 1K!!! I read up on them and I can't find one bad review and their work looks awesome. So, this is my fav check

That is awesome about the photog!! SOO cheap! Did you end up booking Jim @ soundwaves for your DJ and Julie for your day of coordinator??

Our room bloack just expired, it was a good deal, about 26 of our guests are staying there, They gave us the block rate for the bigger suite that you get for your wedding night for the whole week, even though the rate is technically only for the junior suites. Yay! Perks of being the bride/groom:)

Hey Michaela!! Well, I'm jealous that you got J Hunter! But I knew there was no way I could spring for that. Hopefully White-Klump works out for me!

YES - Jim @ Soundwave is our DJ and Julie is our WC. She said it may actually be one of her other girls b/c she's really busy in April, but that's fine. So yeah, thank you for planning my wedding for me - LOL! I think my next move is gonna be booking the same steel pan drummer guy for cocktail hour! You said he was $200 for 2 hours, right??

So I've been meaning to e-mail you ... what did you decide about the tent liner? I konw I have tons of time to decide, but I keep going back and forth about that one...

That's awesome about the rooms block. Since April is their peak season, it is NOT friggin' cheap - $369/night for the partial ocean view. Sheesh! Hopefully they'll hook us up too b/c the regular rate for that room in April is $459!

Yeah the drummer was $200/hour. We got him for two hours for the ceremony and cocktail hour. We also didn't decide about the liner yet, I am going to see how many people RSVP and see what size tent we will need so I can see the total cost. I think that with splurging on JHunter that it might not happen. Our rate was $299 but its July so it isn't as peak which was helpful!
