So Freaking Pissed Right Now!

OMG I am fuming right now! I just got a voicemail from the vet and they said that we got the results back from the reference lab for Bella and her results were normal. Thank god. Then the fun continues and she said that they were looking and it turns out all of bella's low white blood cell count results was because of a MACHINE ERROR!!!!!! They said they are having there machine looked at because they got a few other results today that were low for white blood cells and they realized what was going on. Are you freaking kidding me! You had me worried to death for 3 weeks that my dog was dying of cancer and it was all a mistake! Ass holes didn't even apoligize! They are refunding the $200 we spent getting Bella retested and all the antibiotics! Ugh! I am so happy that Bella is ok though, that is a huge releif!

atleast they are refunding the money, you think they would get that looked at and up to date reguarly to avoid things like this...

Aww I'm sorry they screwed up her tests, but that's awesome that she doesn't have a serious disease. Did they figure out what is wrong with her? I think they should refund all of your money. From the first visit with the problem up until now. That is a serious and grave mistake that they made and you went through a lot emotionally because of it.

OMG that is crazy!! One of those moments where you don't know if you should laugh or if you should cry... I'm glad that your pooch is going to be OK though!! Such a relief.

I would be pretty upset right now too.  I am glad to hear that they are refunding you some of the money.  Is Bella feeling better though?

Ya she seems fine.  I never realy could believe it because she was acting normal so it was all just so weird to me.  I am so happy she is ok and we could stop giving her the medicine because I think it was giving her an upset stomach.

OMG... that is insane!! I'm kinda laughing, but I would be uber freaking pissed too!!! 

SOOOOO happy that your little baby is ok though.  I would seriuosly have to be bakeracted if I was told that my pup was really sick.

How unprofessional... I would definitely find a new vet!!!

I am very happy that your puppy is fine.  It is ridiculous that they put her through so much though based on incorrect results from their tests.  It is a good thing they have admitted their mistake and are refunding you.

So glad Bella is ok.  It's stressfull, but she's the most important thing.

OH Man!  I'd be pissed too!  The good news is that Bella is ok and there is nothing wrong.  BUT nothing can replace the 3 weeks of stress and worry you had to endure because of a faulty machine!  the least they could have done is show some compassion.

I'm sorry you had to go through this.  but at least your puppy is healthy
