This is our weekly post where we talk about our favorite things both WR and NWR from the past week! Have a great weekend ladies!!

WR~last Friday I picked up my wedding band and my jewelry came in! Last night my officiant sent me our vows. I wanted to read them to see if I like them and I'm not a huge fan so Im gonna ask FI if he wants to do our own. NWR~ I lost 9lbs since Jan 1. I'm really excited about that! Going to the eye DR today to get new glasses. I wear contacts but my glasses are 7 years old so I figure I better get a pair just in case. No plans for the weekend, better off staying home so I don't ruin my diet!

Happy Friday!!!

WR - Tomorrow I am going wedding dress shopping for the 1st time with my mom and sister!  I am really looking forward to it, but must admit I am a little nervous!  All day shopping trips are not really my thing (but my mom and sister are both BIG shoppers!), so I am hoping for a good experience!!!

NWR - Glad that March is here!  It is one of my favorite months.  There is always lots to do and celebrate (St Patty's Day and family birthdays) and it usually means that Spring is just around the corner!

WR - Not much completed this week...but a few things in progress...  My major check for this week just happened about 5 minutes ago... I paid off all 8 (Me, FI, the 3 kids, My mom, photographer and her assistant) airfare and accommodation reservations for the wedding!!!   That is a HUGE weight off my shoulders.... now we just need to make sure we have enough come June for our reception which is way over budget!

NWR - I got approved for the foreign exchange student and we started exchanging emails this week!  I'm actually super excited for her to get here... she will be staying with us for 3 weeks

March is my favorite month cause my bday is the 26th. It's like a national Holiday to me so I'll be mentioning it a lot!!

Jen- It's so great that you have decided to open your home!

As for me,

WR- looks like my mom will be able to afford to pay for most, maybe all, of the expenses for her, my 2 sister's and brother to come to the wedding!!  I have been working my budget around possibly having to pay for all of them (plus FI, myself and FI's mother) so this is a relief for me!

NWR- FI and I had a movie date night, which we both realized we need to get out more often, between my studying and him completing his last semester plus work being crazy for me and him working on Saturdays, we have been major homebody's lol!

WR - My photo disc came in from the photographer yesterday.  I can't wait today to go get copies made so I can start looking at them and organizing albums.

NWR - The damn stork got lost with my grandchild!  Still no baby but soon.  If you can't tell I am a very proud grandmother!

WR -- found out that my dress will be in 6/15!!! Woo!!

NWR -- not much, i've been sick since wed. which is not fun

Hopefully your grandbaby will be a fellow pisces like me (and Kimmy) :-)  I am rooting for March 6th!! (my birtdhay) lol!!

WR - Not really working on much wedding related this week, been far too busy with everything else hahaha, but I have a weekend off so going to hit the WR stuff again this weekend

NWR - Got a sponsor child FI and I had been sponsoring through one program together but in a year we never heard anything to confirm things at all and then got a letter saying they were changing our child with no explanation so we ended with them, just wasn't comfortable with it all, and joined up with Compassion Canada. We each got one, both in Burkina Faso, West Africa, mine is a little 5 year old girl, his is a 10 yr old boy. The package came in last night

Yay for all the March birthdays! Jen that's awesome you got all that paid off. Where is your student from? Lora I hope June 15 comes fast for you! Rhona I hope your grand baby comes this weekend! When in May are you going to Mexico? They dilated my eyes at the Eye dr today. I went grocery shopping aft and it was terrible! Everything was blurry, including my post!

the exchange student is from Germany.  She is 16 and will be going to school with my daughter during the 3 weeks that she is here.  I'm actually really looking forward to the experience.

Awesome. I'm German! My mom, grandma and Aunts were all born there. That's one place I really want to see!

I just talked to my daughter.  she said her mucus plug came out this morning and she is having back pains.  Hopefully!

I go to Mexico from May 5 to 19.

WR- My Bridal shower is tomorrow!!  Eeeee!!!!  Super excited!!!  And we're doing E-pics Monday and my RSVP date was yesterday, only need a few more and I'm done.  Woot woot!!

NWR- Not too much exciting NWR, this week is all about weddings!

WR- We got our band for our AHR and I got my flowers for the wedding.

NWR- This is sort of wedding related but FI's family is coming to my family's house tomorrow and I'm nervous!

WR -Sent my invites this month + a hefty deposit to our planner. Feels good to pay stuff down ... MAKES IT MUCH MORE REAL !

NWR - My FI has too much work this week. He is in the construction industry and with the hault of a lot of new construction times have been tough. But with spring coming he is getting so much work ! That means extra money for our honeymoon WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Jen - Go you with the 9 pounds !!!!!!!!!!!! I am waiting for my halfway mark for my 30 pounds .... I hope it gets here soon !!!!!!!! Yikes.
