Advice for FI

My FI is very a laid back and  a very giving person. Sometimes too giving. Listening to him, I know that his BF/ BM has taken advantage of him in the pass. Since we have started our family he has kinda had to put his foot down to protect our Family. (without me coaching him at all).
Now, I asked my FI if his Groomsmen where doing anything for him to celebrate him becoming a married man. He said he doesn't think so. Would I be out of place to asked his BM if they are doing anything for him?

I don't see the problem in asking. If nothing is planned, maybe you can encourage a male in his family or yours to do something simple to mark the occasion.

Maybe ask his friends non-shalantly (spelling?) what might they were planning to do something for your FI so you can plan the same night with your girls!

I think it's fine to ask them. Sometimes guys don't have a clue about that kind of stuff.
