Happy Friday!! What's on your agenda for working out/eating today? Any goals for this weekend? 

I have a rest day today and will be doing my hip strengthening exercises when I get home. Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, mac n cheese for lunch and we went out for cheesesteaks for dinner. Not a healthy day :) whoops! Today should be better.

    My dinner plans changed last night and instead of my egg whites, we had homemade pizza on the grill.  Not exactly 'healthy' but they sure were good!

    I went to Body Pump at lunch time today, so the workout is done with for today!!

    B - Oatmeal w/ berries
    L - Big Salad with tuna and a string cheese
    D - Going to my brother's for his 40th bday!!  Not sure what is on the menu?

    Woohoo Friday! I walked yesterday at work for an hour but couldn't go to the gym. We donated blood so they said no exercise for 24 hours. But we are going today. Breakfast~ 2 hard boiled eggs and bloody Mary minus the vodka (I sound Luke a broken record) Lunch~ salad w/ turkey, mushrooms, black olives, cheese, and celery Snack- string cheese Dinner~3 over easy eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. I'm glad Phase 2 is over tomorrow. I'm bored with my food, but didn't really experiment much or look into different things. I just kind bought. Few things and ate it different ways all week.....trying to save money too!

    I'm hoping to get some cardio in today...I have a busy evening though so I'm going to have to be creative to sneak it in.

    I had a shake for breakfast, greek yogurt for a snack, Chicken with asparagus for lunch, and lean oatmeal for snack...not sure what's for dinner...I'm thinking pork and spinach with a tiny bit of whole wheat pasta.

  • I have been MIA from accountability but not slacking ! I have almost reached my halfway point of weight loss =) But now I am worried that I will not get there in time for my last dress fitting. What happens when you keep losing after that ???

    Today - Barbell class this morning at the gym
    Breakfast - Yogurt & Fruit
    Lunch - Chinese Bok Choy and Tofu Soup
    Dinner - Tex-Mex Chicken with Zucchini
    Dessert - Glazed Pear Muffins

  • Happy Friday! I'm really excited about this weekend!
    I went to zumba yesterday and got to the gym early, so I did 30 min on the treadmill. Zumba kicked my butt, we have a new instructor and he was on fire! I was sore this morning! Tonight I'm meeting my friend at the gym, not sure what we are doing. And then we are going to a Mexican restaurant, I hope I can behave.
    Yesterday I had:
    B:Oatmeal w milk
    L: Fish tacos and spinach
    S: Hard boiled egg  and banana
    D: Sweet potato and a burger wrap

  • I usually get veggie or chicken fajitas from Mexican. These are delicious and not as bad for you. Just hold the SC and cheese. AND NO CHIPS...HAHA that is hard.

  • I worked out only once this week and ate a twix bar.  I feel like a fatty.  And I was only 4lbs away from my goal!!

    Everyone sounds like they are doing great!!! Anyone reward themselves?? I bought myself a new white bikini from Victorias Secret. It was on sale and I had 2 $10 coupons I got in the mail for my bday mnth!!
