Happy Friday!! What's on your agenda for working out/eating today? Any goals for this weekend?
I have a rest day today and will be doing my hip strengthening exercises when I get home. Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, mac n cheese for lunch and we went out for cheesesteaks for dinner. Not a healthy day
