Seriously, what is up with my Fridays being absolutely insane?! Ahhhh!!! Happy Friday all... what's on the docket for working out/eating today? I am still sidelined from running but worked on my strengthening exericses this morning and feel like they are working! YAY!
Yesterday I had a salad for breakfast, this Indian roll this for lunch with Cheetos and pretzels (bad, it was a catered lunch and I didn't order enough so I was scrounging for food all afternoon), snacked on cheese and crackers and had BBQ pork chop sandwiches and baked french fries for dinner.
