Cake Prices

I'm beginning to look at bakeries in the Bay Area and was wondering if you could tell me about how much your cake is or will be costing. We are looking at a simple design and 200 people and are just trying to get an idea before we start of what we are getting ourself into. TIA!

I'm getting our cake from Neldlam's in Oakland. They've been around for 80 years!  Their cakes are yummy bakery style cakes, not gourmet though I would say. I didn't want to spend a lot on the cake, so we were very price sensitive. We got a three layer, round, to feed 125 people, simple decoration for $216, then delivery was an extra $35. I felt like I got a real bargin after seeing $4 - 6/slice for most places.
