I went there and had an experience a little different than most of what I'd read...I made an appointment, showed up a little early.  They couldn't get me in early (which was fine--we looked around at BM dresses).  The girl was working there alone and seemed really overwhelmed.  There was another girl watching TV in a back room eating her lunch with the door open for all to see--slightly unprofessional, but everyone's gotta eat, so I won't complain.when I went, all the dresses were relatively similar--lots of beading, A-line.  Lots of size 12-14's, not so many below that.  Might have just been the time of year or whatever.Anyways, bottom line is that you get very little attention, the dresses while marked down all tended to be similar, and the place is a little disorganized.  I'm not the kind of girl who needs a ton of attention, but I needed help clipping the dresses since they weren't the right size...I think if you're trying to find a reasonably priced dress, Forget Me Knots and Bridal Image in SF might be a better bet, but that's just me :)happy hunting!

I went there but just for BM dresses. Its kind of small and the dressing rooms are cramped. Plus there isnt anywhere for a lot of people to sit so bring a small group.

I dont know about HOF 2, but I for the life of me will NEVER EVER step foot in HOF after the horrendous experiences I had. It was terrible on more than one occasion.

I haven't been, but my MOH's cousin tried to get a dress there. She found one, but it had a stain and they were supposed to get it out. A month or so before her wedding she went to get it and it still had the stain and they wouldn't refund any of the money she'd paid for it. The actual HoF is amazing. I got great service and the woman I worked with was really nice. But I've heard not-so-great things about the outlet store.

House of Brides ONE was awful, I couldn't even imagine a House of Brides Two, the discounted store! Horrible owners and sales people and the place is a dump. I ended up getting a dress at a local bridal store and the price was amazing and it was ordered hollow to hem (most stores don't order that way) and no alterations at all are needed. Most stores get you when they only order a dress in a size, not your length and then you need alterations.....anyways, I digress. Stay away from that store!
