# of Programs

Approximately, how many programs should I make?We will have about 160 adults and 30 'kids.'

We had about 175 people (including maybe 2-3 kids) and printed 100 programs.  I think you could get away with 90 or so?  We had quite a few left over.  How many "yes" RSVP cards did you get back (i.e. number of couples/families that are coming)...each family will generally only take 1.  I'd take that number and round UP to the nearest 10.  GL!

I was just coming here to post the exact same question.

Whoops, I hit the wrong button before I was done.  :)A friend of mine did one at each seat for their wedding, but it was small.  You could go that route though and do one for everybody.  If not, I don't think the kids would take one, but I'm not sure about the adults.

Thanks, Stef.  No RSVPS yet (invites go out this Saturday.)  I am trying to figure out how much paper I need to buy.  Hoping that I can find a deal on a bulk rate.  I was estimating about 100 programs, which would fit into your estimate.

We are expecting about 200 but there are quite a few families in that number so we're just making 100 programs.

I'll second Stef and say 90-100.I did 70 for 130 people.

We plan on making about 80.  We have 155 guests but most are couples and don't need 2 programs.

i think the number to aim for is 1 per couple/family. We made about 50 for 80 guests and we had some left over.
