I'm working on seating arrangements and I have a dilemma...Our guest list is slightly smaller than what we planned for, but we have to meet a minimum with the venue, so we will end up paying for more people than we have. Most tables seat 10-12 people and I have most people situated with people they know. Since we will have extra seats...would you rather sit at a table for 10 and have some extra room, but may not be sitting with people you know? Or have a little less room at a table for 12, but know the people you're sitting with? I'm completely fine with not having as many tables...I just want to make sure people are comfortable.
