Vendor Meals

Ok, so I know I have to pay for the photographer, videographer, and DJ meals. They are going to be there throughout the entire thing. We are getting a photobooth for 3 hours, starting at 4:30-7:30. Dinner is at 6:15. Do I need to feed them?

Hmmm, that's a good question.  I would ask them.  I know our DOC's didn't "need" one, but we are getting them one.  They said since they'll be so busy, they may not get to eat.  I don't want to not get them one.  I think our DJ said the same thing.

I don't want to be rude, but it's $55 each, and there's two of them coming. Uh, I don't know.

I would say yes, for sure. Sorry =/ $55 is a lot. Your wedding is going to be beautiful, I'm sure!!

Yikes!  That is alot....so I would definitely ask them.  They may be too busy with the photobooth to eat.  I think there is no harm in asking.

Most vendors that require a meal will include it in their contract or, at the least, request one.  I would ask.

No. If they aren't going to be there the whole night, I don't see why they would need to eat. I would check the contract to see if it requires food, if it doesn't then really its up to you. If they want to require food, it needs to be written into the contract.I talked to a photographer who stated she didn't require to be fed, but she wanted to know if we were giving her food because she wanted to know if she should be prepared to pass out from hunger.????I didn't know what to say to that.

It's definitely not in their contract. Maybe I'll send an email.
