So how did your details appointment go??
TTC our 1st LO since September 2009
History of ENDO and ovarian cysts, currently have 1 Myoma on left ovary - but it's shrinking, yea! Clomid 100mg since Jan 2011, trigger 4/5, 1st IUI 4/7, 1 mature follie, progesterone = BFN
SHG 5/2 = all clear
IUI#2 on Mother's Day 5/8, no trigger, 2 mature follies, progesterone = BFN

    Roxanne was confident and relaxed which put me at ease with some of my fears! But I still missed Katie! I met Tiffany the banquet manager too so I'm sure that everything will be ok! And I still have to help out at Sara's wedding so we'll be good to go!We decided to drop the chocolate covered strawberries (-$1 pp) and add an extra entree to the plated meal (+$2 pp) so it only cost another $100 or so.Our biggest issue with plated vs. buffet was that with the buffet you get more of a variety for those that are picky (FI really wanted that)... but the seated dinner is more formal (MOM really wanted that)... so we got the best of both worlds!We picked the Hearts of Romaine salad... and a trio plate with Salmon Bearnaise, Petit Filet Mignon, and Apple Almond Chicken. As for appetizers we got Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, Asst Quiche, Scallops wrapped with Bacon, Cheese/Cracker Platter, Fruit Platter, and Tomato Basil Bruchetta. Our tables are ok... I think we're going to need 11, but I'm hoping we only need 10 =)Other than that I was ill prepared! I forgot to bring all my vendors info for her!!!Oh yeah! CJ is going to be offering a lighting package soon! But I already booked with my vendor! I can switch if need be... but I probably won't because I'm chicken when it comes to being a flake.

    I'm glad your appointment went as well as mine. I agree the plated dinner is more formal. While I am definitely going for the formal atmosphere too, I decided on the buffet because of the selections. We are having the Chicken Marsala, Carved Prime Rib and Baked Salmon. We reduced the salads from 8 to 6 (still a lot!) so FI could get his mashed potatoes (his only request!) along with the rice pilaf and veggies. We chose the avocado-corn bruschetta and the tomato-basil bruschetta, crab cakes, assorted quiche, beef & cheese empanadas & the assorted cheese & cracker tray for appetizers. We are keeping the chocolate covered strawberries, but got rid of the assorted pastries. I am so jealous that you get to help Sara next weekend! I am excited for my Bachelorette that day, but I wish I could be in 2 places at once! I know her wedding will be awesome and I am sure she is lucky to have you help!
