I have a friend that's getting married and here are the requirements1) good looking scenery, preferably by the ocean or in a garden2) inexpensive3) allow you to bring your own alcohol

    If you're in San Francisco, I would highly recommend the Fort Mason Firehouse. We are having our ceremony there - only thing is it would depend on how many guests there will be. The Firehouse is right on the water w/amazing views, very reasonably priced and comes w/tables & chairs.
