Hi Ladies,I want to email a company to cancel a contract.  The thing is I don't know what to say.  Any suggestions??

    Why are you cancelling the contract? Did you read the contract and make sure what you will need to cancel the contract?I think keeping it short is best: Dear ___________,We regret to inform you that we will no longer be needing your _____ services for our upcoming wedding on _____. We apologize for the inconvience this may cause. Sincerely,X

    Need more info on your situation. What to say depends on what is going on. Read your contact too so you understand exactly what's required and what you might be losing in terms of deposits for canceling.
