I need some help I need to find a nice but casual white dress for under 50.00??? Ive looked at Gap, White house, Macys, Nords, and American Eagle and Forever 21. Any other suggestions I havent looked at?

Check out JC Penny and Sears.  They are coming out with a lot of dresses for the fall.  If the particular dress is not on sale yet, ask them when, they will be able to tell you, especially JC Penny.  Check out the outlets.  It might take some time to go through all the stores, but the prices are good.
