reasonably-priced bakery in sF--is there such a thing?

A friend of mine is looking to get a topsy turvy cake for a birthday--just a small one (2-tier--more for the "look I got you a topsy turvy cake like you like" not for the "it can feed everyone" aspect).  Anyone know of a good bakery in SF that would work?  They are in the City, so anything further than Berkeley might be too far East, and doubt they'd go down the Peninsula...maybe Marin?TIA!

We're getting our cake from Sugarbowl Bakery and so far they have been pretty accommodating with what they can and can't do. You have to go to Hayward for the cake tasting, but then they deliver to SF w/o a fee. I think if you show them a picture of what you want, they can tell you if they do it or not.
