inexpensive san jose venue

Does anyone know if there is an inexpensive all inclusive place in SJ? I was looking in Las Vegas and it is all spelled out, easy, no brainer packages! I would do it there but I dont think my family would be down with staying out of town. Pls Help

    Freedom Hall is all inclusive... Historic Del Monte is almost all inclusive.There are few other places near San Jose that I know of like Eagle Ridge in Gilroy.
